When I open the APP, I get a black screen

  • If none of the suggestions above work, you can wait until your phone’s battery runs out and it shuts down automatically. After that, turn it on and hit the power button. It might work after that.
  • Finally, if nothing else works, you may have to uninstall and reinstall the app. After reinstalling and logging into an app, Android usually helps restore all settings. You can try that to see if it helps.
